附近的話綜合信價比較高。住了20多天總體感覺很好。就是公寓，樓比較新，比前面是五星級酒店便宜一半，比樓裡公寓酒店（不含早餐）差300。樓上有健身房和泳池。周邊：樓下有大排檔，不遠處有中餐廳和壽司店味道還行。公交車1個小時一趟，到皇后廣場要20分鐘走路。周邊沒什麼逛的。服務：沒有服務，提供垃圾袋和捲紙沐浴露。垃圾在九樓倒，早上可以在前面酒店打咖啡。打掃房間可能要加費。用whatapp聯繫checkin，會收按金。屋裡洗衣機電陶爐配套。缺點：前後兩個清真寺到點就誦經。

Nice new serviced residence in Penang, attached to a 5 star hotel. The view was spectacular, facilities were really nice. The unit was good, with plenty of pillows. No smart TV, bring your HDMI cable as there's only local TV channels. The unit could use more mirrors as only the master bedroom is spacious, and it's a relatively small unit for a 3 bedroom. The host was very responsive and helpful. They also have other units in other condos in Penang, will check them out next time.

到店後需要聯繫工作人員才能入住，然後沒有國外app的話還是比較麻煩的，需要溝通很久。和萬豪是在一棟樓裡，服務態度還是不錯的，房間的話還算乾淨，樓上泳池很好看

A new local Airbnb home, just recently opened for 3 months — we had an amazing night here! Although the residence is located next to the highway leading to Penang Airport, once the windows are closed, you can barely hear any noise from the main road. It’s a huge difference compared to other nearby places I’ve stayed at before. The home is furnished with food quality of furniture, and good brand of aircond. The amenities are excellent, and the house is fully equipped with brand-new kitchen appliances. Totally worth a try — I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I travel to Penang!

とても綺麗でしたが、アメニティは少ないです シャンプーとボディーソープしかありません。 またスマートTVではないのでYouTubeなどはみられません。 土日は深夜まで隣のホテルで野外ライブをしていて耳栓ナシに寢られませんでした。 お祈りもスピーカーが近く朝方何回か起こされました。 また清掃を頼みましたが、三回呼んでも來ないことがあり、かなりひどいです。 またチェックインも難しく、何度も確認しました。 また、チェックインについて、こちらから連絡がないと向こうからは連絡はありません。そこも良くないです。 宿泊は殘念ながらお勧めしません。
